The Pot and Sip Experience
Choose from option A or B below to book the prickly pear nursery and barn venue for private pot and sip with friends, family occasions, work team building & more! All Pot n’ Sips come with locally sourced wine from Acheson Wineries or Kombucha from local brewer KC KOMBUCHA or Pricklee Cactus Water. Private venue for 2 hours, potting with mason jars, and your choice of succulent/cactus.

Chef Virgil is our local house chef who specializes in what he calls “California Soul Food” which not only celebrates the beautiful produce that make up California, it also celebrates the different cultures that make this area so unique. Experience our Pot and Sip Dining with Chef Virgil and staff in our charming barn-style venue built in 1898 which seats up to 50 (minimum 10 guests). The Pot and Sip dining experience includes any menu option below with Chef Virgil, locally sourced wine from Acheson Wineries or Kombucha from local brewer KC KOMBUCHA or Pricklee Cactus Water (all three offered by request), private venue for 2 hours, potting with mason jars and host, and your choice of succulent/cactus. Choose a menu below created by Chef Virgil at The Prickly Pear, an event for your taste buds that can't be replicated anywhere else! Our house chef uses sustainably & seasonally sourced ingredients. All dishes can be adjusted to cater any dietary restrictions and all menus can be changed to different cuisine by request.
