Indoor capacity:  45 guests

Outdoor capacity:  30 guests 

Indoor and outdoor combined: 75 guests

Rental Fee: $175/hr (min 2 hr rental)

WEDDINGS : $1800 full day

Holiday season rates  (December) $200/hr

Accommodations included:

  • 60 chairs and five 7ft vintage tables that seat 8-10 people at each

  • Two 7ft rectangular high top tables & 14 high top chairs

  • Two 6 ft fold tables 

  • Central AC/HEAT in barn

  • Central AC/HEAT in greenhouse

  • WIFI 

  • Evening lighting 

  • Projector and Screen with connections (please provide your own laptop)

  • Compostable cups (if requested for additional small fee & strongly encouraged)

  • Biodegradable plates, silverware and napkins (if requested for an additional small fee & strongly encouraged)

Catering:

  • Gourmet Chef Byron & Chef Virgil: You name it, they make  it! Savoury, seasonal dishes and versatile. We will provide more information if interested. Starts at $50/person

  • Outside Catering: is accepted, no food trucks allowed on premises. Full kitchen available onsite for catering access as well. 

  • Special Requests: we have fine dining glassware (glass cups, plates, bowls and silverware) onsite for special occasions for parties up to 25 guests or bring your own. Additional fees apply.
